On a travel insurance document what does the phrase "No Personal Liability cover" mean?
Specifically, "no personal liability" is in the small print refererring to the cover i get for Surfing. Does this mean i am covered if I accidently hurt myself, but i’m not covered if I accidently hurt someone else? Any insurance experts around?

Answer 1 seems correct you are not covered if you cause damage to person or property. Regarding company to choose I would recommend Columbus especially for longer trips 28 days + Higher amounts of cover than many others plus optional covers. Avoid travel agents like the plague poor cvover and over priced. Use a broker or deal directly with an insurer. Regarding refererring in your question is that a spelling mistake or a freudian slip.
